Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to keep physical stamina for long shifts
- willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to multitask effectively
- basic understanding of bar operations
- reliable transportation to work
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a barback or similar role is a plus
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry
Job Duties
- keep ice bins full at all times
- restock bottles, garnishes, juices, and bar supplies throughout the shift
- bus and wash glassware nonstop
- keep bar back area clean, safe and organized
- assist bartenders with prep tasks before and during service
- run drinks to tables when needed
- know where everything is stored to restock quickly
- learn all aspects of bartending
