The Barback position at Silverado Resort is a vital role within the restaurant bar operation. This role supports the bartenders by ensuring that all bar areas are well-stocked, clean, and organized throughout each shift. The Barback is responsible for handling all beverage inventory, including liquor, beer, and wine stock replenishment, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar stations and refrigerators. The position requires active participation in the resort's team member programs, including referral initiatives and mandatory training sessions, promoting a strong team culture.
