The Barback position at Gibsons Restaurant Group plays a crucial supporting role in maintaining the flow and efficiency of the bar operations. The Barback also supports bartenders during busy periods to minimize delays in service and help maintain a welcoming environment for guests.

This position demands punctuality, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and contribute actively during shift meetings. The Barback may also be tasked with additional functions such as taking and delivering food orders in the bar area to enhance guest experience. The role is suitable for individuals with at least six months to one year of relevant experience or those who combine education with practical exposure in fast-paced hospitality environments.
