Job Description
Prime Hospitality Group (PHG) is a renowned collection of upscale restaurants, bars, and hotels known for delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a rewarding workplace culture. As a family-owned business led by husband-and-wife entrepreneurs Ryan and Kristy Rans, PHG emphasizes passionate service and professional growth. The group is built on five core values: demand for excellence, passion for hospitality, hunger to grow, unwavering commitment, and a desire to win. These values ensure that every team member aims to provide impeccable quality and customer satisfaction. PHG integrates cutting-edge technology and sustainability practices, staying relevant and progressive in the hospitality industry. This commitment has led PHG to establish prestigious brands and increase its footprint while maintaining high standards.
Ruth's Chris Steak House, one of PHG's flagship and long-standing brands, has been a beloved institution for over 50 years, famous for delivering the best steakhouse experience. The steakhouse caters to a broad spectrum of guests, from intimate dinners to large business gatherings, consistently aiming to surpass expectations through outstanding service and food quality. The position of Barback at Ruth's Chris Steak House is vital in supporting the bar operations and providing seamless service under the guidance of the Bar Manager. This full-time role involves keeping the bar efficiently stocked with liquor, garnishes, glasses, and other essential supplies. The Barback anticipates the needs of bartenders during service hours and ensures the bar area is clean and orderly. This role not only supports the bartenders but also contributes to excellent guest experiences by maintaining prompt service flow. To succeed in this position, the candidate must have a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds, and maintain a valid permit to serve alcohol as required by the state. Prior hospitality or restaurant experience and strong attention to detail, teamwork, and customer focus are essential. The role also demands compliance with all state and local liquor laws. This opportunity with PHG offers room for professional growth and a chance to be part of a supportive and dynamic hospitality team. Employment is full-time, and no specific educational requirements beyond a high school diploma or equivalent are listed, making this role accessible to entry-level candidates with the right attitude and commitment.
