Job Duties
- Maintain and stock all juices, liquors and beers in the bar area
- change and replace kegs when needed
- keep ice wells stocked at all times and clean
- make sure that fruit is always cut and that there are backups readily available
- make sure all glassware is fully washed and stocked
- make sure garbages are emptied when needed and floors are clean of debris at all times
- mop floors when needed
