Currently, Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row in Denver, Colorado, part of the Riot Hospitality Group, is seeking motivated Barbacks to join its dynamic team. This is an hourly position paying the tipped minimum wage in the State of Colorado plus tips. The role of a Barback is crucial to maintaining the smooth operation of the bar by supporting bartenders and ensuring the bar area is properly stocked, clean, and organized throughout the shift. Responsibilities include preparing garnishes, managing inventory, assisting with customer service, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards. Job Duties
- Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of bar before, during, and after shift
- Stock bar before, during, and after shift
- Cut fruit garnish and keep garnish station stocked throughout the shift
- Assist bartenders and other associates as needed to meet guest's needs
- Adhere to all brand policies and procedures
- Work as a team player and actively contribute to the success of the bar and restaurant experience
- Perform other supportive functions as determined by the supervisor
