We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Barback to join our team. The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting the bartenders and ensuring smooth operation behind the bar. This position involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, restocking supplies, and assisting with the preparation of bar recipes in alignment with brand specifications. The Barback is responsible for crucial tasks such as rotating and cleaning glassware, managing inventory, and upholding health department standards to create an inviting and efficient workspace. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service are essential in this role.

As a Barback, your duties will include preparing bar recipes according to business needs, following proper mug rotation procedures to ensure that frozen mugs are always available, and performing detailed cleaning of bar equipment, including balones used for themed drinks. You will assist bartenders by supporting their workflow and ensuring a consistent flow of service to guests and cocktail servers. Maintaining cleanliness of the bar, floors, and lounges, clearing tables when necessary, and ensuring timely restocking of all bar supplies are key responsibilities essential to this role. Additionally, you will be checking and managing glass washer chemical mixtures, stocking server wells, preparing fruit garnishes and condiment caddies, and managing trash and cleaning duties throughout the shift.
