Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be TABC certified
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays in addition to normal business hours
- High school education is desired
- Basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures
- Sufficient math ability to accurately count and handle money
- Basic working knowledge of bar operation
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age

- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Ability to communicate and execute instructions via radio
- Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form
- Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results
- Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur
Job Duties
- Assists and oversees all food and beverage requirements pertaining to the bars
- Assists with the ordering, receiving, and inventory of all accountable items
- Ensure adequate storage of product by continual supervision of stock levels
- Ensure quality products are delivered in a fresh and timely manner as guided by the Bar Manager
- Works in conjunction with suite staff, kitchen personnel and stewarding department
- Ensure that proper grooming and sanitation procedures are followed
- Supports event schedules and assignments based on business demands
- Ensure customer service complies with standards of service
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships
- Other duties as assigned
