We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barback to join our dynamic team. The Barback position plays a crucial role in supporting the bartenders and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about hospitality and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Barback is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, restocking supplies, and assisting bartenders to ensure that guests receive prompt and friendly service. From managing inventory to preparing bar ingredients and utensils, the Barback helps create an efficient workflow that enhances the overall guest experience.

In this role, you will be expected to prepare bar recipes according to established brand specifications and anticipate business needs to ensure readiness. You will manage mug rotation to guarantee frozen mugs are available consistently, and adhere to detailed cleaning procedures for specialized bar equipment such as balones, soccer balls, bases, spouts, magnets, and chill sticks. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean environment in strict adherence to Health Department standards, monitoring glass washer chemical levels, and ensuring par stock levels for all beverages and perishables are met by placing timely orders.

The position also entails receiving and appropriately stocking deliveries, preparing condiment caddies, engaging in routine trash collection and disposal, and maintaining a spotless bar and surrounding areas including pump rooms, coolers, and storage facilities. You will actively support servers by stocking wells and restocking glassware in alignment with specific requirements, ensuring operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. This role demands attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding our high standards of service and cleanliness.
