Job Requirements

must have a high school diploma or equivalent
able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
prior experience preferred
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and nights
able to work in a smoking environment
ability to lift up to 40 pounds
ability to work under stressful and demanding situations
excellent communication skills
ability to maintain inventory accuracy
able to maintain confidentiality and security of information

Job Qualifications

demonstrated record of successful interpersonal skills
ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
cash-handling ability

Job Duties

ensure and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the bar outlet
rotate products first in, first out
maintain inventory and order strictly on a bottle-for-bottle basis
assist in setting up or breaking down functions as needed
interact and speak with guests to maintain great guest relations
assist the food and beverage supervisor with inventory controls and product rotation
stock and rotate all products and cut fresh fruit daily
