- Must be of at least 18 years of age
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver kegs and other boxes up to 100 pounds or more

Job Duties
- Maintain and stock all juices, liquors and beers in the bar area
- Change and replace kegs when needed
- Keep ice wells stocked at all times and clean
- Make sure that fruit is always cut and that there are backups readily available
- Make sure all glassware is fully washed and stocked
- Make sure garbages are emptied when needed and floors are clean of debris at all times
- Mop floors when needed
