We are currently seeking a dedicated Barback to join our dynamic team. This position is crucial in supporting the bartenders and servers by maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar at all times. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic about providing excellent service. Responsibilities include preparing bar ingredients according to brand specifications, maintaining frozen mug rotation, cleaning bar equipment meticulously, assisting bartenders to ensure smooth service flow, and keeping all bar and lounge areas impeccably clean. The Barback also plays a key role in inventory management, ensuring that stock levels of wine, champagne, beer, liquor, and perishables are consistently maintained throughout the shift.

This full-time role demands strong attention to cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations to maintain our Health Department standards. The candidate will also be responsible for logistical tasks such as receiving deliveries, organizing storage areas, and maintaining equipment like glass washers and soda systems. Additionally, the position requires participation in all training sessions to ensure familiarity with our operational procedures and customer service standards.
