We are currently hiring for the role of Bar Back on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun environment. As a Bar Back, you will be at the heart of our beverage service team, supporting bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked and clean, which is essential for providing a seamless and exciting experience to our Players. You will handle a variety of physical tasks such as lifting, stocking, cleaning, and organizing supplies like liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice. The role also requires collecting empty glasses and bottles to keep the drink service running smoothly without interruption.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong team-oriented mentality, and a passion for enhancing the Player experience. While previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus, it is not mandatory because Topgolf values entry-level enthusiasm and growth potential. The Bar Back will contribute to maintaining a safe and sanitary bar environment, adhering to safety standards to ensure everyone enjoys a clean and secure space.
