The position primarily involves working at bar and event locations ensuring operational readiness and compliance with safety and service standards. Duties include staying informed of current menu items and descriptions, adhering to special event guidelines, performing crucial side duties such as stocking and cleaning, and ensuring responsible alcohol service in alignment with local laws. Special emphasis is placed on cleanliness, safety, and organization of bar areas and equipment, including proper segregation and disposal of recyclable materials according to local codes. Employees are expected to maintain high sanitation standards while working under the dynamic conditions typical of live event venues, which are often loud, intense, and physically demanding.

Candidates must possess or promptly acquire Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification, and demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, interpersonal communication skills, and a respectful attitude towards diverse cultures, music, and art forms. Experience in environments involving direct customer interaction and live music settings is preferred. The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds.
