Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 20 lbs frequently and 150 lbs (kegs) occasionally
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
- Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous bar, restaurant, or brewery experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked at all times
- Wash, restock, and rotate clean glassware throughout the shift
- Replace and organize kegs as needed
- Refill ice bins and stock bar tools and garnishes
- Support bartenders in maintaining a seamless and efficient guest experience
- Assist with general taproom cleaning, including restrooms and floors
- Help set up, restock, and break down for events or large parties
- Maintain accurate inventory of supplies and communicate restocking needs
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
