Job Requirements

  • Must be of at least 18 years of age
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
  • Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver kegs and other boxes up to 100 pounds or more

Job Duties

  • Maintain and stock all juices, liquors and beers in the bar area
  • Change and replace kegs when needed
  • Keep ice wells stocked at all times and clean
  • Make sure that fruit is always cut and that there are backups readily available
  • Make sure all glassware is fully washed and stocked
  • Make sure garbages are emptied when needed and floors are clean of debris at all times
  • Mop floors when needed
