Job Requirements
- At least 1 year bartending experience in a restaurant or bar
- Demonstrated success in service excellence and customer service
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and food safety procedures
- Point of Sale (POS) knowledge preferred
- Ability to perform all bartender duties
- Food Safety/Food Handler certification required
- Strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication
- Effective communication in English
- Basic math skills
- Valuing diversity and respect for others
- Proven problem-solving and handling high stress situations
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to identify opportunities and take corrective action
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Must have RBS certification
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year bartending experience in a restaurant or cocktail bar
- RBS certification required
- Food Handler's certification required
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work Sundays, holidays, and evenings
- Team player mindset with no ego, just hustle
Job Duties
- Mixing cocktails with consistency and creativity
- Providing stellar guest service at the bar and restaurant tables
- Supporting food and bar operations including cleaning and restocking
- Using the POS system efficiently
- Representing Mortar & Pestle with personality, knowledge, and pride
