Job Requirements
- At least 1 year bartending experience in a restaurant or bar
- RBS certification required
- Food Handler's certification required
- strong communication skills in English
- availability to work Sundays, holidays, and evenings
- ability to multitask and handle high stress situations
- knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations
- basic math skills
- ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- ability to work well in a team
- problem-solving skills
- willingness to adhere to diversity and community values
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Mixing cocktails with consistency and creativity
- providing stellar guest service at the bar and restaurant tables
- supporting food and bar operations including cleaning and restocking
- using the POS system efficiently
- representing Mortar & Pestle with personality, knowledge, and pride
