Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- ability to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 30 pounds
- capacity to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- must be at least 21 years of age or older
- possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bar support or related hospitality role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of bar products and drink preparation techniques
- ability to work as part of a team
- familiarity with safety and cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Have complete knowledge of products and specifications
- follow and execute Sunda service standards as outlined in training
- help promote a safe and clean environment for co-workers and guests
- control the amount of alcohol served so that guests do not become intoxicated
- oversee bar maintenance and always maintain a clean and organized bar
- keep bar area supplied in glassware, garnishes, etc
- provide bartenders with the appropriate spirit, glass, garnish, tool to help them move efficiently and quickly in making drinks
- provide guests at the bar with the correct and appropriate silverware for their food items
- clean up any spills or broken glassware in the bar area
- further duties not currently listed in this outline may be added at the manager's discretion
