Job Requirements
- Must attend orientation and agree to company policies
- completion of required training prior to unsupervised work
- possible acquisition of food and alcohol service certifications as per local laws
- physical ability to stand, walk, and handle objects during shift
- ability to work in exposure to fumes, airborne particles, wet conditions, and cleaning chemicals
- clean shaven or well-groomed facial hair
- maintenance of neat hair under hat
- no jewelry or headphones during work
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bar back preferred
- ability to communicate in English
- understanding of cleaning and sanitation procedures
- ability to apply common sense to follow instructions
- ability to work effectively in a team
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- willingness to complete required training programs
- adherence to uniform and grooming standards
Job Duties
- Maintain uniform standards
- follow cleaning and sanitization policies and procedures
- keep all stations and equipment clean and organized
- adhere to health and safety standards at all times
- work effectively as part of a team
- utilize tablets or computers for training purposes
- thrive in a fast-paced environment
- complete any additional tasks as assigned by management
- assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning
- ensure the bar is consistently well-stocked
- change kegs and check equipment functionality
