We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bar Back to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in supporting the bar operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adequate stocking of supplies and equipment. The Bar Back must uphold uniform and grooming standards rigorously, reflecting the establishment's professional image. Responsibilities include adhering to health and safety policies, assisting with opening and closing tasks, restocking the bar to ensure continuous service, monitoring equipment functionality, and maintaining a sanitary work environment. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced setting, exhibit excellent teamwork skills, and be willing to undertake additional tasks as assigned by management. Familiarity with digital tools for training and operational support is a plus.
