Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a Bar Back is preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to follow simple instructions and handle standardized tasks
- completion of all required training including food and alcohol service certifications
- willingness to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- reliable attendance at orientation and training
- adherence to uniform standards and cleanliness policies
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Adhere to uniform standards and cleanliness policies
- maintain organized stations and equipment
- follow safety and sanitation regulations at all times
- collaborate effectively with team members
- provide assistance with bar opening and closing duties including restocking and cleaning
- ensure the bar is consistently well-stocked
- change kegs and check taps and appliances for maintenance
