Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
minimum one year of experience in barback, bartending, hosting, or relevant hospitality roles
certification to serve alcohol as required by local or state laws
ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally and frequently stand or walk during shifts
must be at least 18 years old
this position is safety-sensitive and may be subject to additional safety requirements

Job Qualifications

Minimum one year of barback, bartending, hosting, or relevant hospitality experience preferred
certification to serve alcohol as required by state or local laws
strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure
pleasant, polite, professional, and team-oriented demeanor
ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities while maintaining tact and diplomacy
must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests, manage waiting lists, and provide menus
answer questions, take reservations, and assign tables with balanced server rotation in mind
engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to complaints professionally
maintain full bar and service area stock, including beer, wine, spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware
refill ice wells, change beer kegs, and replenish supplies such as napkins, stir sticks, and coasters
assist with juicing, cutting garnishes, running food, clearing tables, and cleaning glassware and utensils
keep bar, counters, and surrounding areas clean and organized, mop spills, unclog sinks, and move tables as needed
