The Bar Supervisor position at Climate Pledge Arena is a part-time role compensated at an hourly rate of $26.00. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth bar operations during event days. The Bar Supervisor will oversee a team of bartenders and service staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities include managing bar setup and closing, monitoring staff performance and appearance, maintaining inventory and budget controls, and supporting the serving team during busy periods.
