Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in hospitality
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to providing excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in a hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of beverage preparation mixology and current industry trends
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to alcohol service
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and during events as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent additional certifications in hospitality or alcohol service are a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily bar operations ensuring efficient service and high standards of quality
  • Supervise and motivate bar staff providing training and support to maintain excellent performance
  • Collaborate with the Banquet Manager Food & Beverage Director and Restaurant Supervisor to coordinate service flow during events and daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and alcohol service regulations
  • Manage inventory ordering supplies and minimizing waste
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Assist in creating innovative drink menus and promotional activities
