Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in hospitality
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Commitment to providing excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in a hospitality environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of beverage preparation mixology and current industry trends
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to alcohol service
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and during events as required
High school diploma or equivalent additional certifications in hospitality or alcohol service are a plus

Job Duties

Oversee daily bar operations ensuring efficient service and high standards of quality
Supervise and motivate bar staff providing training and support to maintain excellent performance
Collaborate with the Banquet Manager Food & Beverage Director and Restaurant Supervisor to coordinate service flow during events and daily operations
Ensure compliance with health safety and alcohol service regulations
Manage inventory ordering supplies and minimizing waste
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Assist in creating innovative drink menus and promotional activities
