Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in hospitality
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role in a hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of beverage preparation mixology and current industry trends
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to alcohol service
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and during events as required
- High school diploma or equivalent additional certifications in hospitality or alcohol service are a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee daily bar operations ensuring efficient service and high standards of quality
- Supervise and motivate bar staff providing training and support to maintain excellent performance
- Collaborate with the Banquet Manager Food & Beverage Director and Restaurant Supervisor to coordinate service flow during events and daily operations
- Ensure compliance with health safety and alcohol service regulations
- Manage inventory ordering supplies and minimizing waste
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Assist in creating innovative drink menus and promotional activities
