The Bar Supervisor role at Freehand Chicago offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized leader passionate about hospitality and customer service. This position plays a critical role in overseeing all beverage operations, ensuring an efficient and effective bar service that meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The Bar Supervisor will lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional experiences through excellent service, innovative drink offerings, and a well-maintained and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include managing stock levels, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, training and developing team members, and handling cash reconciliation accurately. The ideal candidate will be a people person with strong communication skills, capable of building rapport with both guests and staff, maintaining calm under pressure, and demonstrating a commercial acumen to drive revenue while controlling costs.

Job Duties

  • responsible for the overall running of beverage areas ensuring efficient and effective operation

  • ensure bar is fully stocked and ready to trade
