Job Qualifications

  • appropriate experience in bars preferably within lifestyle concepts
  • involvement in cocktail development and training
  • passion for trending food and drink concepts
  • strong knowledge of contemporary interests and city culture
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • passion for hospitality and customer service

Job Duties

  • responsible for the overall running of beverage areas ensuring efficient and effective operation
  • strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction and resolve service issues satisfactorily
  • build strong rapport with guests and customers
  • provide excellent product knowledge for drink creation and service
  • ensure bar is fully stocked and ready to trade
  • maintain bar presentation and cleanliness
  • ensure compliance with health and safety, fire safety and food hygiene regulations
  • develop and train employees to perform to required standards
  • communicate team goals effectively
  • ensure correct cash reconciliation and float balance
