Job Qualifications

- involvement in cocktail development and training

- passion for hospitality and customer service
Job Duties
- responsible for the overall running of beverage areas ensuring efficient and effective operation
- strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction and resolve service issues satisfactorily
- build strong rapport with guests and customers
- provide excellent product knowledge for drink creation and service
- ensure bar is fully stocked and ready to trade
- maintain bar presentation and cleanliness
- ensure compliance with health and safety, fire safety and food hygiene regulations
- develop and train employees to perform to required standards
- communicate team goals effectively
- ensure correct cash reconciliation and float balance
