Job Requirements
- Be organised, hardworking and have an excellent appearance with a strong focus on guest requirements

Job Qualifications
- Appropriate experience in the field of bars, preferably within a lifestyle concept
- Involvement in cocktail development and training
- A passion for trending food and drink concepts
- Knowledge of contemporary interests and the city
- Passion for your city, for travelling and for trending food and drinks concepts
Job Duties
- Responsible for the overall running of the beverage areas ensuring an efficient and effective operation
- Strive at all times for 100% customer satisfaction and resolve any service issues satisfactorily
- Be innovative, approachable and have the ability to quickly build a strong rapport with guests and customers
- Provide the best service by understanding all aspects of product knowledge for the creation and dispense of drinks and table maintenance
- Ensure the bar is always fully stocked i.e. glasses, ice, garnishes, cocktail mixtures and is ready to trade in
- Ensure that there is enough produce and goods available to the customer at all times
- Ensure the bar area is well presented at all times
- Know all statutory legislation and ensure H&S, fire safety and food hygiene compliance
- Develop and train all employees within your charge in order that they perform to the required standard
- Communicate effectively so that the team understands its goals and is motivated to achieve them
- To ensure that the procedure for cash reconciliation is carried out correctly and the float always balances in accordance with the cash handling procedures
