Maximizing revenue through strategic upselling, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, and employing motivational techniques for staff training and development are essential aspects of this role. The Bar Supervisor will play a vital role in driving sales performance by encouraging higher guest spending while maintaining the highest quality service standards.
