Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of experience in catering and banquet, bar operations, or foodservice related positions
- self-motivated with a positive attitude
- adaptable to change
- basic knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and other related products
- knowledge of standard bar equipment
- ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
- effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- One year of experience in catering and banquet, bar operations, or foodservice related positions
- self-motivated with a positive attitude
- adaptable to change - can solve problems through an open-minded and all-inclusive approach
- basic understanding of spirits, wine, beer, and other products offered
- knowledge of standard bar equipment, including dishwasher, slicers, coolers, ice machine, etc
- comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment
- effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Creating custom member and guest experiences by delivering exceptional hospitality
- maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the bars, service stations, storage areas, prep stations, and all other workstations assigned
- comply with all safety and health department procedures, company and/or departmental policies/procedures, and all state and federal liquor laws
- maintain company safety and sanitation standards
