Job Requirements
- must be able to work from August 1 2025 to December 1 2025
- must be available to work events as scheduled
- must maintain excellent attendance
- must be at least 21 years old or meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol
- must be able to handle cash accurately
- must be able to follow all state and federal alcohol service regulations
Job Qualifications
- proven working experience as a bartender or barback
- excellent knowledge of mixing garnishing and serving drinks
- computer literacy
- positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- ability to keep the bar organized stocked and clean
- ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
- two years relative hospitality experience
- relevant training certificate or permit
Job Duties
- demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide service
- serve alcoholic beverages following all proper state and federal procedures
- learn and have knowledge of various beer wine varieties and spirits available and upsell products to guests
- pour drinks responsibly according to company standards for serving size
- check guests ID to verify minimum age for purchasing alcoholic beverages
- communicate cut-off to guests as required
- listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
- de-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed
- request additional or restock product as required
- handle cash accurately and be responsible for issued bank
- maintain clean and sanitary workstation and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
- perform set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with organization of the cooler
- perform other duties as assigned
