Job Requirements

  • must be able to work from August 1 2025 to December 1 2025
  • must be available to work events as scheduled
  • must maintain excellent attendance
  • must be at least 21 years old or meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol
  • must be able to handle cash accurately
  • must be able to follow all state and federal alcohol service regulations

Job Qualifications

  • proven working experience as a bartender or barback
  • excellent knowledge of mixing garnishing and serving drinks
  • computer literacy
  • positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • ability to keep the bar organized stocked and clean
  • ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
  • two years relative hospitality experience
  • relevant training certificate or permit

Job Duties

  • demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
  • follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide service
  • serve alcoholic beverages following all proper state and federal procedures
  • learn and have knowledge of various beer wine varieties and spirits available and upsell products to guests
  • pour drinks responsibly according to company standards for serving size
  • check guests ID to verify minimum age for purchasing alcoholic beverages
  • communicate cut-off to guests as required
  • listen and respond to customer requests or concerns
  • de-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security if needed
  • request additional or restock product as required
  • handle cash accurately and be responsible for issued bank
  • maintain clean and sanitary workstation and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained
  • perform set-up and breakdown of bar equipment and assist with organization of the cooler
  • perform other duties as assigned
