Job Requirements

- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Able to use a till or POS system
- Can work on your feet for long hours
- Able to lift and carry heavy items e.g. crates, kegs
- Reliable and punctual
- Works well in a team

- Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately
- Check IDs to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash and card transactions using a POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area throughout the shift
- Restock fridges, cups, and supplies as needed
- Communicate with security regarding intoxicated or problematic patrons
- Follow all licensing laws, safety protocols, and festival rules
- Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Represent the festival's values with a professional and positive attitude
