Job Requirements
- Must have or be able to obtain a TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) certification
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to the venue's event schedule
- strong communication skills
- cash-handling accuracy
- prior bartending or high-volume service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails efficiently while adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines
- provide friendly and engaging service, answering guest questions and making drink recommendations
- accurately process payments, issue change, and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- ensure bar stations are fully stocked, organized, and cleaned before, during, and after events
- follow all TABC regulations, venue policies, and health/safety guidelines regarding alcohol service
- work closely with fellow bartenders, barbacks, and management to maintain smooth operations, even in high-volume situations
