Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 or 21 years of age based on local/state alcohol laws
  • Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred
  • TABC certification or equivalent or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Team-oriented with a professional and upbeat attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately
  • Check identification to ensure minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption are met
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar stations, including restocking supplies
  • Comply with all local, state, and venue alcohol service regulations
  • Follow health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices
