The Cove is currently seeking energetic and multi-talented individuals to join its Bar Team as Bar Staff, encompassing the roles of bartender, server, and barback. This unique position demands versatility, combining the diverse skills required to mix and serve drinks, attend to guest needs as a server, and support the bar’s backend operations as a barback. Working from April through September, this role offers a flexible schedule to accommodate high-energy shifts on weekends, holidays, and peak times.

As a Cove Bar Team Member, you will be the heartbeat of the bar’s operation, ensuring that every guest receives attentive service while simultaneously managing behind-the-scenes tasks critical to the bar's smooth functioning. This includes setting up and closing the bar area, preparing drinks, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with deep cleaning.
