Job Requirements

Minimum age 18 years
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays
Must be physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderately heavy items
Certification in ABC or TIPS preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
Prior bartending or high-volume bar experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail in drink preparation and cleanliness
Capability to handle cash and POS transactions accurately

Job Qualifications

Prior experience as a bartender or in a high-volume bar environment preferred
Proficiency in mixing a wide range of cocktails and beverages
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented setting
Strong attention to detail particularly in drink preparation and presentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests
Capability to handle physical demands of the job including standing for extended periods and lifting
Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
Minimum age 18 years
Current ABC TIPS certification or ability to obtain upon hire preferred

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently following Outback Steakhouse recipes and standards
Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked bar area including glassware garnishes and liquor inventory
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner taking drink orders and making recommendations
Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash and credit card payments
Monitor guest alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service and adherence to ABC regulations
Adhere strictly to all operational safety and sanitation standards company policies and federal state local regulations especially those related to alcohol service
Assist with inventory management including receiving deliveries and rotating stock to minimize waste
Proactively identify and address any guest concerns or issues related to bar service
Collaborate with servers and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
