Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years management experience in a full service food and beverage outlet, preferably casino
  • High school diploma
  • Excellent attention to detail both in products, service and the appearance of all operating beverage outlets
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Order beverages and other supplies
  • Ensure health and safety compliance
  • Ensure high quality of guest service and handle guest complaints when deemed necessary
  • Schedule associate work shifts
  • Conduct training programs inter-departmentally for associates to ensure maximum guest service levels are maintained in the department
  • Assist in the management of inventory, cost of sales, paring of the outlets and all procedures relating to this process
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
