- Minimum of two years management experience in a full service food and beverage outlet, preferably casino
- High school diploma
- Excellent attention to detail both in products, service and the appearance of all operating beverage outlets
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Order beverages and other supplies
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Ensure high quality of guest service and handle guest complaints when deemed necessary
- Schedule associate work shifts
- Conduct training programs inter-departmentally for associates to ensure maximum guest service levels are maintained in the department
- Assist in the management of inventory, cost of sales, paring of the outlets and all procedures relating to this process
- Performs all other duties as assigned
