Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bar serving or bartending preferred
- ability to communicate effectively
- must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- work as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
- tend to guests needs for drinks and/or food
- uphold the integrity of Applebee's Grill + Bar - Hudson Drive with a high level of knowledge on brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service
- follow steps of service to meet brand standards
- use POS system for entering orders/processing payments
- clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas regularly
- wash all barware dishes
- manage cash responsibly
