Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in bar service or bartending preferred
ability to communicate effectively with guests
capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
available to work flexible full-time or part-time hours
must be 21 years or older
ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

working as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
tend to guests needs for drinks and/or food
uphold the integrity of Applebee's - Coors with a high level of knowledge on brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service
follow steps of service to meet brand standards
use POS system for entering orders/processing payments
clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas regularly
wash all barware dishes
responsible for proper cash management
