- Availability to work full-time or part-time
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Capability to handle high-volume work environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties
- Work as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
- Tend to guests needs for drinks and/or food
- Uphold the integrity of Dave & Buster's - Madison with a high level of knowledge on brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service
- Follow steps of service to meet brand standards
- Use POS system for entering orders/processing payments
- Clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas regularly
- Wash all barware dishes
- Responsible for proper cash management
