Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Availability for full-time or part-time shifts
- Ability to handle cash accurately

- Prior experience as a bar server or bartender preferred
- Strong communication skills

- Knowledge of POS systems

- Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Work as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
- Tend to guests needs for drinks and/or food
- Uphold the integrity of Applebee's Grill + Bar - Bernalillo by maintaining high knowledge of brand standards, technique, and craft beverage service expectations
- Follow steps of service to meet brand standards
- Use POS system for entering orders and processing payments
- Clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas regularly
- Wash all barware dishes
- Manage cash properly
