Job Requirements
- At least 1 year bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- If no bar experience, 1 year restaurant experience and be over 21 years old
- Willingness to start as a server if no bartending experience
- RBS certification required
- Food safety or food handler certification required
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Basic math skills
- Ability to handle high stress and multitask
- Respect for diversity and community
Job Qualifications

- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Experience with point of sale systems preferred

- Prepare beverages with consistency and quality
- Provide excellent guest service and hospitality
- Maintain knowledge of alcohol brands and beverage flavors
- Use point of sale system for transactions
- Support kitchen and service operations during peak periods
- Participate in special events and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bar and restaurant
