Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • If no bar experience, 1 year restaurant experience and be over 21 years old
  • Willingness to start as a server if no bartending experience
  • RBS certification required
  • Food safety or food handler certification required
  • Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to handle high stress and multitask
  • Respect for diversity and community

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • RBS certification
  • Food safety or food handler certification
  • Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Experience with point of sale systems preferred
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

Job Duties

  • Prepare beverages with consistency and quality
  • Provide excellent guest service and hospitality
  • Maintain knowledge of alcohol brands and beverage flavors
  • Use point of sale system for transactions
  • Support kitchen and service operations during peak periods
  • Participate in special events and promotions
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bar and restaurant
