Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bar server or bartender roles preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong interpersonal skills
- capacity to handle high-volume work environment
- flexibility with work schedule
- age 21 or older in accordance with legal alcohol serving requirements

- experience in high-volume restaurant or bar environment preferred
- knowledge of craft beverage service standards
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- basic POS and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- work as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
- tend to guests needs for drinks and or food
- uphold the integrity of Main Event - Lexington with a high level of knowledge on brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service
- follow steps of service to meet brand standards
- use POS system for entering orders and processing payments
- clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas regularly
- wash all barware dishes
- be responsible for proper cash management
