Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bar server or bartender role preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- ability to work flexible full-time or part-time hours
- ability to handle fast-paced work environment
- basic math skills for cash handling
- willingness to uphold company brand standards and service quality

Job Duties
- work as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
- tend to guests needs for drinks and/or food
- uphold the integrity of Main Event - Columbia with high knowledge of brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service
- follow steps of service to meet brand standards
- use POS system for entering orders and processing payments
- clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas regularly
- wash all barware dishes
- manage cash responsibly
