They are expected to verify guest identification meticulously to comply with Indiana alcohol laws and stadium policies, thus safeguarding service responsibility.\n\nAdditionally, Bar Servers contribute significantly to the overall event atmosphere by providing timely, courteous service amid the high energy and noise typical of stadium crowds. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively within the bar team, and resilience in managing the physical and mental demands of working in a busy event environment. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid Indiana alcohol server permit, and complete all requisite stadium training modules covering alcohol compliance, cash handling, and guest service. The work environment involves physical activity such as standing for extended periods, walking, lifting, and repetitive motions associated with drink preparation and POS operation. Attire is partly provided, with staff wearing designated event shirts paired with their own approved black pants or shorts, emphasizing comfort and practicality during long shifts.
