The Bar Server and Bartender role at Main Event - Avondale is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and craft beverage service. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending or bar server experience is preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests
- ability to work in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment
- ability to stand for long periods
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- work as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
- tend to guests needs for drinks and or food
- uphold the integrity of Main Event - Avondale with a high level of knowledge on brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service
- follow steps of service to meet brand standards
- use POS system for entering orders and processing payments
- clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas regularly
- wash all barware dishes
- manage cash properly
