Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior bartending or bar server experience is preferred
ability to communicate effectively with guests
ability to work in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment
ability to stand for long periods
availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

work as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
tend to guests needs for drinks and or food
uphold the integrity of Main Event - Avondale with a high level of knowledge on brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service
follow steps of service to meet brand standards
use POS system for entering orders and processing payments
clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas regularly
wash all barware dishes
manage cash properly
