Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
- Must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bar server or bartender preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Knowledge of craft beverages and bar equipment
- Team-oriented mindset
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Working as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
- Tend to guests needs for drinks and/or food
- Uphold the integrity of Main Event-Little Rock with a high level of knowledge on brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service
- Follow steps of service to meet brand standards
- Use POS system for entering orders/processing payments
- Clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas regularly
- Wash all barware dishes
- Responsible for proper cash management
