We are currently seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Bar Servers and Bartenders on either a full-time or part-time basis. This role is ideal for people who love working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with guests to create exceptional experiences. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Must be at least 18 years old
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
Must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a bar server or bartender preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Knowledge of craft beverages and bar equipment
Team-oriented mindset
Basic math skills for cash handling
Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

Job Duties

Working as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
Tend to guests needs for drinks and/or food
Uphold the integrity of Main Event-Little Rock with a high level of knowledge on brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service
Follow steps of service to meet brand standards
Use POS system for entering orders/processing payments
Clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas regularly
Wash all barware dishes
Responsible for proper cash management
