Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Outgoing personality
- Capable of handling high-volume bar work
- Willingness to work full time or part time
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Basic math skills for cash management

- Previous experience in bartending or bar serving

Job Duties
- Work as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
- Tend to guests needs for drinks and/or food
- Uphold the integrity of Main Event - Norman with high knowledge of brand standards, technique, and craft beverage service expectations
- Follow steps of service to meet brand standards
- Use POS system for entering orders and processing payments
- Clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas regularly
- Wash all barware dishes
- Manage cash properly
