Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to stand for extended periods
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Physical ability to perform cleaning and bar maintenance tasks

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or bar serving preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Knowledge of POS systems
Ability to handle cash accurately
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and follow brand standards

Job Duties

Work as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
Tend to guests needs for drinks and food
Uphold the integrity of Dave & Buster's Modesto with a high level of knowledge on brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service
Follow steps of service to meet brand standards
Use POS system for entering orders and processing payments
Clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas regularly
Wash all barware and dishes
Responsible for proper cash management
