- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol

Job Duties
- Work as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
- Tend to guests needs for drinks and/or food
- Uphold brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service
- Follow steps of service to meet brand standards
- Use POS system for entering orders and processing payments
- Clean and sanitize the bar top and guest service areas regularly
- Wash all barware dishes
- Manage cash properly
