Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must maintain state Food Handler's Permit
Excellent communication skills
Interact with customers in a professional manner
Computer literacy preferred
Ability to understand and follow instructions
Ability to use basic math skills
Self-motivated professional
Ability to work collaboratively
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be at least 21 years old
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to multitask under stress and time constraints
Proper uniform per company policy
Server experience preferred
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Comfort with noisy, high-volume atmosphere
Capable of working well under pressure

Job Duties

Create a culture of food exploration, innovation and education for guests and employees
Deliver a consistently high-level customer service to each customer and maintain a safe environment by identifying any issues
Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
Facilitate the filling of drink orders between customers and the bar
Suggest additional menu items such as desserts and drinks when appropriate
Keep bar area clean in accordance with company guidelines and local health department requirements
Develop an efficient work pace that keeps customers at the bar satisfied
Uphold set standards and enforce food and drink preparations ensuring compliance with company food safety policy
