Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must maintain state Food Handler's Permit
- Excellent communication skills
- Interact with customers in a professional manner
- Computer literacy preferred
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to use basic math skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Organized and detail oriented

- Proper uniform per company policy
- Server experience preferred
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Comfort with noisy, high-volume atmosphere
- Capable of working well under pressure

Job Duties
- Create a culture of food exploration, innovation and education for guests and employees
- Deliver a consistently high-level customer service to each customer and maintain a safe environment by identifying any issues
- Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Facilitate the filling of drink orders between customers and the bar
- Suggest additional menu items such as desserts and drinks when appropriate
- Keep bar area clean in accordance with company guidelines and local health department requirements
- Develop an efficient work pace that keeps customers at the bar satisfied
- Uphold set standards and enforce food and drink preparations ensuring compliance with company food safety policy
