Job Description

Alamo Drafthouse Cinema is a unique and innovative theater chain known for its exceptional blend of entertainment, dining, and community engagement. Established as a leader in the cinema industry, Alamo Drafthouse combines the magic of movies with a full-service bar and kitchen to offer guests an all-encompassing entertainment experience. With locations across various cities, including the Littleton, Colorado branch at 7301 S Santa Fe Dr #850, Alamo Drafthouse is committed to fostering a fun, respectful, and inclusive workplace where team members can thrive and guests can create memorable experiences.

The company prides itself on its mission: To Ensure EVERY Guest and Teammate Has An AWESOME Experience And Is EXCITED To Come Back. This mission underpins everything they do, from the highest standards of service to a strong community focus within each neighborhood theater. Alamo Drafthouse Cinema is renowned not only for screening exclusive movie events and cult favorites but also for delivering a high-quality menu of food and beverages, crafted to enhance each viewing.

The Production Crew at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema is at the heart of the theater’s operations, including service bartenders who play an essential role in maintaining the guest experience. As a member of the Alamo Service Bar team, the primary function is to prepare drinks accurately according to established recipes, uphold the theater’s high standards for service and presentation, and ensure prompt delivery to the guests. This role demands dedication to precision, cleanliness, and teamwork.

The BOH (Back of House) bartender position entails preparing guest drink orders adhering strictly to Alamo Drafthouse’s protocols and operational standards. Responsibilities range from daily bar station set-up and restocking supplies to performing thorough cleaning tasks, including deep cleans and routine side work to maintain a sanitary and organized workspace. Team members ensure compliance with local health regulations and allergy protocols to guarantee guest safety.

Ideal candidates will have experience working in fast-paced, high-volume restaurants or bar settings where collaboration and communication are key. The Alamo Production Crew supports the wider operational team by assisting with food and beverage delivery, maintaining equipment, and troubleshooting issues to help the bar run smoothly. This dynamic role requires flexibility in schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and emphasizes physical stamina to perform duties such as lifting, standing, and moving in a busy environment.

Alamo Drafthouse Cinema values employees who embody their core values: doing the right thing through integrity and kindness, fostering community respect and inclusion, boldly pursuing innovation and improvement, and genuinely caring about their craft and guest satisfaction. At Alamo, teammates are encouraged to be themselves, contributing their unique strengths in a fun, supportive atmosphere with opportunities to grow.

This position offers competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits available to both full-time and part-time employees. These benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, flexible scheduling, and access to free movies and food, making it not only an engaging job but also a rewarding career choice for those passionate about hospitality and entertainment industries.
